FAQs

WHAT CAMERA DO YOU SHOOT WITH?

I shoot Canon R5 with 50mm & 24-105mm Lens

I’M READY TO BOOK! WHAT’S NEXT?

Hooray! Next up, you sign a digital agreement and make the deposit. Then we’ll make plans to meet up either in real life or over the phone to plan and discuss your session.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION?

For portrait sessions, I require you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your session date. The rest must be paid two weeks before your session. If you cancel within 48 hours before your session, you will receive that 50% back.

To make a payment, I send you an invoice digitally that is payable by card or wire transfer.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

For portrait sessions, around one week. I’ll keep you updated on the process, that way you’ll have ease of mind.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR SESSION?

Your upfront deposit is not refundable and you will not be charged for cancellation otherwise for rescheduling, your payment will be processed as normal.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER FINAL IMAGES?

I use a gallery-sharing website called Pic-Time. You can download your final photos either in bulk or one at a time in high-res or web-ready sizes. It will be password protected but easily shareable with friends and family.

WILL I SEE EVERY PHOTO YOU TAKE AT MY SESSION?

Yes, it’s important that you feel comfortable both in the photoshoot and in the photo.

Also, you hired me to curate the final product. By only sending you to select images, I am saving you the time and energy it takes to sift through the hundreds (and yes, I mean HUNDREDS) of images that will be snapped throughout the session. It is super important that we trust each other when we enter into a contract—so trust me when I tell you that the images I deliver will be the best of the best.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yep! Even out-of-state or internationally. 50 miles are included in every package. Any travel outside of 50 mi. costs $0.50/mile, there and back. Overnight accommodations will also be requested for sessions over two hours from Austin.
